Inspect Before You Pay

All orders are delivered with Cash on Delivery (COD). You have the right to inspect your order upon delivery before making payment.

If the product does not match your expectations, you may refuse the order and return it directly to the delivery driver at no additional cost.



4-Day Return & Exchange Policy

If you decide to keep the product but later change your mind, you may request a return or exchange within 4 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

* The item must be unused and in its original condition.
* All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
* The item must not show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.



Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued through an agreed method such as cash, bank transfer, or store credit.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the refund method selected.



Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, we will gladly arrange an exchange subject to product availability.



Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

* Worn or used products
* Products without original tags or packaging
* Items damaged after delivery
* Certain swimwear products where hygiene seals have been removed



Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
